Introduction

PURELUBRI®PRO is completely water dispersible high-performance lubricant for the reduction of torque, drag and potential for differential sticking by decreasing the coefficient of friction in all types of water-based drilling fluids. It has a unique wettability characteristic which lowers the potential for BHA balling. PURELUBRI®PRO is made mainly from vegetable oil and its fatty acid. It contains no hydrocarbons and no harmful to human health and environmental.

• Reduce torque and drag in high angle and S-shaped wells
• ROP enhancer
• Contains unique metal-wetting additives which reduce the tendency of soft, sticky shales to cause bit and BHA balling

• Specific gravity: 0.95-1.00
• Flash point:446°F(230℃)
• pH (0.5% aqueous solution): 7-8

Recommended Treatment

• A typical range is 3% v/v, but specific drilling conditions will dictate a suitable concentration
